FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions about the Card and Gardaland

The key questions about combining the Verona Card with a Gardaland ticket.

Is Gardaland included in the Verona Card?+

No. The Verona Card covers the attractions and the city buses in Verona. Gardaland is around 30 kilometres away on Lake Garda and has its own ticket, which you can book together with the card.

How do I book both together?+

Book the bundle in the booking widget above. It opens a checkout at Tiqets with the Verona Card and the Gardaland ticket, where you choose how long the card should run (24 or 48 hours) and which day you want at the park.

How do I get from Verona to Gardaland?+

By train from Verona Porta Nuova to Peschiera del Garda, where a free shuttle bus leaves for the park every 30 minutes. The train journey is not included in the Verona Card, which only covers the ATV city buses in Verona.

What does fast-track entry mean?+

You walk past the ticket queue at the park gate and go straight in. That does not apply to the individual rides, where you queue like everyone else.

Can I cancel?+

You can cancel the Verona Card with Tiqets free of charge until the day before your chosen date. The Gardaland ticket is non-refundable, and the day you pick is fixed once you book. The exact conditions for each ticket are shown at Tiqets during booking.
